Our beautiful smocked lighthouse and anchors are on a red striped seersucker fabric with royal blue ric rac on the traditional bishop sleeves.  The gown is finished with a double ric rac hem in royal blue on the hem.  This outfit is perfect for the 4th of July holiday and all summer long!  Matching sibling outfits available for coordinating the perfect summer  portrait!
